Sharon Eastham has nearly 20 years experience in software development and specializes in data warehousing and decision support. Her proven ability to manage large data warehouse and database development projects is sought by our clients. Decision support stakeholders, users, and analysts celebrate mutual success because of Sharon's skilled communications and effectiveness. Sharon is proficient in the specialized fields of data architecture, development of enterprise data architecture plans, including consolidation and integration of decision support systems across an organization. A Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Pacific Lutheran University and ongoing professional development and hands-on learning has given Sharon the broad perspective that our client's need. Vicki Gottlieb brings over 16 years experience in decision support system management, design, construction, and use. The dataVision SVP team excels because Vicki possesses expert level skills in a wide variety of the most popular data warehousing tools on the market. Her strong analytical proficiencies coupled with keen insight of human nature and healthy team functioning has proven one of the key aspects in her management of highly successful decision support implementations. In addition to her technical expertise and training, Vicki holds a Masters of Science Degree in Psychology with focus on communications. She is gifted with an extensive and practical knowledge base, which includes, but is not limited to, the healthcare and insurance industries. Vicki has also been deeply involved with decision support products for HMOs, PPOs, claims processors, insurers, and health economics consortiums.
